The strongest resistance that most frequently arises in the trust conversations is, what if they screw me over?

The answer is simple, maybe you don’t marry this one.

Lack of trust costs millions or rather the infrastructure, required to make trust unnecessary, costs millions.

Worse, the infrastructure serves only to keep untrustworthy people (people living in threat) in your world, causing chaos in other ways.

Better to get good at measuring output regularly and having difficult conversations, than to sacrifice trust.
