What we do


A company is a collection of people working together towards a common goal. The likelihood is that I’ve just told you something you already know but I had to start the conversation somewhere.

Inside any collection of people we have differing degrees of extraversion, introversion, agreeableness, openness, conscientiousness, and neuroticism those are just the big 6 personality traits humans come with.

Put opposing traits together in a marriage and you’ve a recipe for disaster because we just cannot fathom how they see the world.

We think they are lazy or crazy or weak willed or just being plain stubborn and that is just two people.

Getting a whole group of humans to even tolerate each other let alone work together is no easy task.

Fortunately there is a whole bunch of evidence of it being done well and some stuff that if you have it in place it makes things way smoother.

We help companies to do that.

We do this is a number of ways.

We coach the leaders to optimise their physical and mental performance. This serve to create a leadership with more patience’s, empathy, clarity and calm. People management requires mental reserve so without this phase even the best system will fail.

We help you to extract your values from the team. This provides a blueprint for the behaviours that the who team most admires and most hates. This allows the company to unite behind those common values whilst allowing for their differing personalities. Sort of like the 10 commandments, when everyone knows where they stand they start being themselves a bit more and are way less stressed. It also deals with those awkward situations where people start converting thy neighbours Ox... that gets weird quickly.

Once we have done this it then allows us to create systems for interviewing to get people who are more likely to thrive.

To run meetings in a way that helps avoid poor communication, time wasting and upset.

To help staff get feedback without having their feelings hurt and not doing anything to improve.

Finally we start creating systems to give staff the three big things EVERYBODY wants.
