I really great message to receive. 

What did I do? 

Very little indeed. 

I spent a long time thinking that the best way to help people to get results, was to apply MY intelligence to the problem. 

That put a lot of pressure on me and also wasn’t true. 

Neuroscience taught me that the most effective way to get results was to help people to create an environment, where they can apply THEIR intelligence to their problem. 

Ultimately they know themselves and their situation WAY better than I ever could.
