My System of Creating Habits

In the summer I set myself the task of creating 10 habits. 

 

I was away in France for the whole month and working with approx 1 client per day so I wanted something to focus on. 

 

The big thing for me was that it had to fit in with life when I got back or they would just get pushed out. 

 

I listed a series of objectives, I wouldn’t really call them goals, more like experiences of myself.

 

I then decided on 10 FUN ways I would like do that. 

 

The next bit I think was the magic part: 

 

I bought a small pad that would act as not just a tracker but a trigger to do one of the habits.I attached every habit to an already existing habit. I would create new phone habits to that my phone usage was more purposeful 

 

5 months on and I’m still doing 9 out of 10 every day. 

 

The important ingredient is that no will power was involved.
