Change the Pattern

Imagine your fluid intake pattern across the day, an involuntary response to feeling based commands.

Imagine your food intake across the day, an involuntary response to a feeling command.

Now imagine your nervous system responding to every interpretation of sensory stimulus, when you move or sit or lie down and how you do it.

The words you hear, the sounds, the tones the music all with your own interpretation, positive, negative, neutral commanding your body to contract, relax, act in certain ways.

We are a complex stimulus responding organism always responding to our internal and external environment with programmes patterns.

We can stand outside of it of course.

We can momentarily choose a different action, a different diet, exercise, thought, word, bed time.

But this is merely a pattern interrupt that proves the pattern.

We can only transform at the level of action when the action causes us to think a new way about the thing.

Until the information processes in a different way you will always revert to pattern.

Look at it a new way. Use a different filter.
