Creating Time and Money

I’ve had many clients who have been sick to the degree that they are unable to work for an extended period of time.

Some of them have had to make radical changes in order to allow them to reduce their work to just a few hours per day or give more responsibility to their teams.

Most though, most were able to find the minimum effective dose to run their business while outsourcing time consuming repetitive actions without making huge changes.

With very little change I have seen many people including myself find 4-5 hours per day.

The idea of 9-5 (or more) is so ingrained that we seem to unconsciously waste time or spend time doing things that don’t need doing.

Often whole businesses can fall into this trap with people on emails that shouldn’t be, people in meetings that shouldn’t be and multiple people doing the same tasks that don’t even need to be done.

If just 10 people find they are wasting 10% of their time that's a whole job that doesn't need doing.

The shift starts with the question, what am I responsible for?
