On Fear

*Fear of loss of social connection

*Fear of criticism

*Fear of judgement

*Fear of not meeting the expectations of others

That’s what causes stress.

When you plan a meeting, that’s what you’re up against.

When you want to pass responsibility to a colleague, that’s what you’re up against.

When you are teaching your children, that’s what you are up against.

When you try to create a new habit in yourself, that’s what you are up against.

Fear doesn’t learn very well.

Fear doesn’t hear very well.

Fear reacts its doesn’t response.

Fear acts to create safety not new possibilities.

Businesses and people thrive when they plan first how they will reduce the fear.

Ps This doesn’t have to be difficult it’s as simple as creating prediction and response
